Hell no i would not have resigned i would have fought that tooth and nail until the bitter end this was a set up from the word go Eliot Spritzer stepped on to many toes on his way to the top He was the only one who gave a dam about us new yorkers when the feds basicaly said fuck us and the people need to open up their eyes and realise this that issue is between him and his wife as far as i'm concerned. if it was infact his money who in their right minds give a fuck i don't. if he is #9 who is 1-8 10 on up?

He absolutely should not have resigned. That was just... no. Yes, he did wrong, but so did two republican politicians (I need to dig up their names). They were both busted in sex scandals and they KEPT their jobs. I'm annoyed by this because it should be the same treatment across the board.
